I've often been asked this question and for me, it's all about the challenge. Radio has changed so much from when I got started. Two turntables, a mic, two cart machines, and no internet. I think what I enjoy most is that every day is different. I couldn't imagine working in a field where I do the same thing every day. Radio allows me to be creative and unique and yes, the work at times can be challenging and frustrating but I also know that the digital skills I'm learning today will also keep me relevant in broadcasting for years to come. I take pride as a broadcaster in the ability to mix the "old" with the "new" and hopefully it shows that long-time broadcasters still have a lot to contribute to our industry.

I love my job as each and every day is different as you meet with clients (which become your friends) and all the employees in Townsquare Media are so helpful and always willing to step in to help you with anything that you need. When you have a radio client and you see their face light up when a customer comes in and says "Hey I heard you on the radio" just makes my day!
The opportunities to grow within the company are endless and I just love to see our employees grow and better themselves.

My favorite thing about working at Townsquare is being part of our #bettertogether team. I know I can count on my work family - whether it's for collaboration, support or celebration, they always make good days better, hard days softer and victories sweeter.

From morning show host to content creator at TSM, my life's a blend of work and play. In a crazy twist of fate, my hobbies now pay the bills. Be yourself, work hard, learn, grow and share-that's the lifestyle at TSM.
To all fellow dreamers about to join the TSM party, just know, you won't find this level of support or camaraderie anywhere else. I haven't stopped smiling with gratitude since I signed my contract because I get to be me.

What I love most about my job is the ability to help both with professional development of our sales team and the business development of our clients. Watching the sales team grow and develop through coaching, training and real-world application is truly rewarding! I also enjoy the business development aspect of the position to help local clients grow through developing strategic media plans and creative ideas. Townsquare Media provides a collaborative environment to ensure both success for the sales team as well as our clients which makes it a pleasure to be a part of the company.

After 11 years at Townsquare, I could not have predicted how much I would grow as a person all while helping local businesses grow. The opportunity to grow a career while working with some of the smartest professionals in the business should not be taken lightly. It's a rare opportunity. If you want to achieve professional and personal growth for the long term, Townsquare will help you on that journey in big ways.

I love partnering with all shapes and sizes of local businesses to help them achieve their growth goals. I love knowing that Townsquare has the "big company" size and resources; and local mindset, to help me and my clients succeed in all stages of their customer journey.

For New Hires, take advantage of every opportunity given to you and always be open to learning from those who have been with the company for a while. For prospective employees, I'd say to be patient during the interview process. Townsquare takes pride in hiring the best of the best and although the process may be long at times, it's one hundred percent worth it.

I love so much about this company. Working at Townsquare is electric. The energy we have and the speed we run is unlike anywhere else I've ever worked. I feel seen, heard and like I'm part of something big every day. Our team is pure magic and they bring their best always. We have fun and make amazing things happen for our local community and our local business partners. There is nothing like it!

I love that every day is different and that I get to work with a wide variety of people, businesses, and nonprofits. We are a hub for everything and everyone in our town...the town square indeed! I love that I feel supported with tools and human resources at every level of the company and that my bosses feel much more like the best coach or mentor you've ever had. You will find what your true potential is to be the best version of yourself when you work at Townsquare. I know I have!
